Gingerbread cookies with Royal icing recipe
If there's one thing Czech people are good at then it's baking Christmas cookies. We are obsessed. No word of a lie most people probably make about 20 different kinds of cookies and start baking at the end of November. And if you're crap at baking then you hire a professional baker extraordinaire (your mate's nan) to bake it for you. FACT. Anything from vanilla rolls to bee hives and Linzer cookies. And gingerbread cookies! Obviously
