The intu Style Garden
Okay, so you've done your spring clean, you've started the workouts (oh me? yes I have - look here!), there's just one thing missing. The wardrobe clearout! There's nothing more satisfying than packing up your woolly jumpers and coats into a box - until next year, boys - and pulling out the pretty spring blouses and victoriously hanging them on your new copper hangers for the world to know that warmer days are coming (no matter how rainy it is outside right now, meh!). With the wardrobe clearout also comes the opportunity to declutter, to update and to refresh. And this upcoming (and extra long!) weekend is the perfect opportunity for you to gather some inspiration and take the advantage of all the tasty Easter offers. But where's the best place to do that here in the Midlands?

Before I tell ya where the ever so secret location is (shhhhhh!), I suggest you dedicate this Thursday evening to a massive clear out of your wardrobe. Chuck the pieces which you've never worn (and never will). Then take a pen and a piece of paper and write down what your favourite fashion pieces are. Shirts? Dresses? Crop-tops? And what about the colours? Do you feel comfortable when wearing all black or every colour of the rainbow? If you're stuck for inspiration read THIS article by Inspire Me. It tells you all about the hero pieces you need this SS16 season (as recommended by the top fashion retailers!) and also gives you the opportunity to peek into the wardrobes of some of the most fashion savvy women in the UK fashion industry - from the stylist at House of Fraser Phoebe Horner to the UK buyer at American Eagle Lora Kee.

Are you in the spring fashion mindset yet? Then you're ready for a day out shopping!

Where? Intu Merry Hill (The Grove, lower mall near River Island)
When? 24th & 25th March (Friday and Saturday this weekend)

The event at Merry Hill shopping centre will be showcasing the coolest of SS16 trends and will also go hand in hand with up to 20% off from selected retailers (download the Intu app or pick up a leaflet in the shopping centre) and the Intu Style Garden. You can also find more info HERE.

Merry Hill is one of my favourites - they have all the shops you'd want to visit but it's not as crowded as, for instance, the Bullring (sorry not sorry). Don't forget to catch up with all the Intu fashion trends HERE and #intufashion on Twitter!

Hope to see you there on Friday or Saturday!
