I guess I'm your typical 'shoe girl' but lately I have to say I've been toying with the idea of buying some nice (comfy and pretty!) trainers. I've been eyein' some in Primarni but am still not sure as the 'fake' Converse just never seem to look as good as the real ones. I've had a few pairs before (you know - H&M and that sort) but never worn them more than a handful of times because they didn't look as cool as I'd wanted them to. Maybe it's time for the real thang?

Looking at the official Converse website, I've noticed that there are quite a few pairs in pretty spring colours - exactly what I've been looking for. Can't promise I won't get tempted by the cheaper alternatives on E-bay, but for now - just look at them! The mint & lilac ones are my favourite! You know, you can go with the classic white, but mint?! Just-look-at-them!! *wipes of a dribble* Plus, if you don't like the designs they are offering, you can design your own unique pair - ubercool or what?!
Oh, and did you know that Converse have been out there for more than 100 years by now? How crazy is that! Guess people have always desired the rubber-sole comfort, even after falling for Campbell's skyscrapers and other 'beauty-before-comfort' craziness. Here's a little video on how the Converse have always gone hand-in-hand with your standard shoes... or maybe how they have always been the safety we keep returning to?
